Welcome to a journey to a new YOU! The Training Pit 90-Day Weight-Loss Challenge is a comprehensive fitness and wellness program designed to not only transform your body and mind but also reach your physique goals while having fun doing it.
Signing up guarantees you:
Seminars by fitness and nutrition professionals that will explain all aspects of the program and answer your questions, personalized professionally done photo-shoots to document your journey as well as individual nutrition guides and meal plans that are flexible and easy to follow.
Throughout the 90-Days there will be weigh-in days to make sure you are on track and motivated. Weigh-in days include getting information such as BMI (Body mass index), body fat %, your body age and more!
